30.75% of my goal loss achieved so far. Haven't written in a while, but only because it's been busy. I made it through Las Vegas, made it through Thanksgiving, and keep on chugging along in a much slower, but easier to maintain, trajectory.
Christmas and New Years is of course the next hurdle, but I feel quite buoyed by the success so far. I'll keep you guys posted, thanks for the encouragement.
Counting calories mainly. Nice little app on the iPhone (I'm sure there's an Android option) that helps me keep track. The best thing I've done is become a pescatarian. No meat or poultry. It stops me from stopping at a fast food place and ordering food, makes me eat more veggies, and just forces me to think about what I eat.
