On the home scale, I was finally in the 240's. Reached the next decade so to speak. I always consider each such a huge accomplishment. The way my brain processes it is that I started at 270, and now I'm in the 240's. And that just sounds huge. Granted, I'm at the very tip top, but who cares! I weigh in at WW tonight, that scale will be in the low 250's, but that's a night time weight anyway.
So my next goal of course is crossing into the lower 240's, couple more weeks I hope!

What's your current plan consist of? I know the weather must be pretty hard to contend with, so getting outside must be a real chore...
